Performer Consent

Please complete the consent form below for each performer taking part in Honeycomb 2027. The form needs to be completed by a parent/guardian for performers under the age of 18. If your child is taking part in the festival with more than one group, please select the groups from the drop down menus.

Consent forms need to be completed by 12th March 2027 otherwise your child may not be able to perform in Honeycomb 2027.

As with previous years, each performer will receive a digital clip of their groups performance. The email address on this form will be used to send this digital clip to. These will be sent out around 6 weeks after the festival.
